Fendaro provides financial advisory services including business due diligence, business valuations, and tax and structuring advice to clients across South Africa and select international markets. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate written engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
